Default Too much C.R. for stock pistons?

Once I swap the D16Y8 head onto my D15B2 block I will have raised the compression ratio to around 11.5 to 1. Does anybody know how well stock pistons will hold up to this? Will 94 octane be enough?

longest you don't knock or detonate (ie. 92+ octane is will do the trick), just check the timing don't advance it too much...
