i am having problems with my fuel management. i was wondering if anyone knows what is all involve with code 45?

The first thing to check is fuel presure. Is it within spec?

fuel pressure regulator/fuel pressure gauge.....B&M make an inexpensive set that runs about $50 for the regulator and $30 for the gauge
