Default TODA Type C Settings - urgent help

anybody here using Type C TODA Camshaft? I'm still not understand on its setting. This is due to the Japanese text in camgears box. According to the diagrams, when we advanced our intake cams, we should retards our exhausts cams. Is this correct? i don't dare to do any settings yet. If i'm not wrong, we should advanced both of it or retards both of the camshafts.
Please help me on this settings.

Dyno time will tell you whats best, every motor is different however I've seen a majority of engines benefit from slight advance on intake and slight retard on exhaust. However like I siad you will have to put it on a dyno to be sure.
