we have toda spec C cam in a 2.0 b18c5 at 13.0:1 c/r
but the car have no idle below 2000 rpm.. (camgear at -2ex, 0in)

we will install a standalone in like 2 month...
right now what can i do to have a bit of idle??? we already ajust the screw on the throtle body.. i don't like the idea to play with the gaz cable..

any idea?

 

what stand alone are you running with what injectors?

 

I would think leaving the cams set at 0,0 would help the idle a little bit until you get a standalone.

 

right now we have rc 310 injector

with a p28 special made chip for that.. "very temporary"

 

did you check to see if the throttle cable is on too tight?

 

no idle with those injectors. get an afc

Or you can put the stockinjectors backin and try again.

what fuel pressure ? 310cc is too much fuel at idle. -2 ex doesnt sound like too much overlap, must be too much fuel
