Default tire rubbing

Currently i am running a stock suspension setup for the 94 integra ls and recently i pick up a set of 16" BBS rims from my friend with a +30mm offset and 7.5" width. Everytime when i go over a corner my rear tire rubs the fenderwall. Could this be my stock suspension being too soft? will upgrading the suspension helps any way ?

I don't know a whole lot about Integras, but most Hondas have an offset of around 35-40. I'd guess the 30mm offset is your problem.

My 16x7s are 38mm offset. 30 seems bit too far out and add to that, your rims are 7.5"

with 7.5" rims you want around +45. You can prevent rub by getting really stiff springs in the 450+ range - autox people do this with really wide profile tires. You can try rolling the fenders but +30 might be too much even if you do.
