i have a 93 integra b18a1 somehow it jumped timing and next time i started it it was making this god awful loud knocking sound and when i would shut it off it sounded like the cams was knockin against the valve cover or something so i took the valve cover off and got to looking and come to find out it had broken my far side No. 1 intake valve rocker arm so i replaced it and tried to get it in timing as much as i could...

now it wont start.. what could i have messed up??
