I just got a long block from the rebuilder and I am installing everything form my ond engine on it, but now I am up to the timing belt and all my book says is make the two "Up" arrows face up and the crank shaft gear line up with the oil pump, but i can crank the crank all day and the cam shafts dont move? how do I make the cam shafts line up and how to make sur eit will work when i put on my belt??
