Default tie rod end???

i just fixed my front car shaking that i was getting by replacing the axle, but also my tie rod is starting to go bad. will the front end start to shake again later if not replaced right away??? i havent received any shaking since i replaced the axle but i kno the tie rod is going.
also with changing from powersteering to no power steering affect the suspension after a swap??? all my freinds with swaps have had manual steering b4 their swaps so none of them had problems, just kinda curious
thanks for any help
