thrust washer clearance
hello everyone.
im reassambling my b16.
im using new acl main bearings and thrust washers. that i got way back from earl rip.
i noticed that there is about a 2 mm clearane between the right washer and the crankshaft and its due to a slight step on the crankshaft.
is that ok?

thanks

2mm is definitely excessive, but you'll never know just by eyeballing it. Measure the crankshaft thrust clearance and then decide if you need a thicker thrust washer.
