Which throwout bearing to buy?

I am buying a sir2 transmission and I want to replace the throwout bearing, would i need to buy one from a 99-00 si or will and one work (type r, gsr, ls, ect.)?

Honda only has 2 types of throwout bearings. Either for hydro tranny or cable tranny so yeah, one from a gsr. itr, 99 si, etc would work.
