If they are on back order from Acura til the 16th is it still possible that an Acura dealership might have on in stock? I need one really bad and no autopart store has them, only Acura.

check out http://www.woodfieldacura.com they are here in IL. Most dealers don't stock anything for my Type R and this dealer always does. So you might have a good chance. Check them out and good luck
