Default Throttle body question...

can someone tell me if this is an Automatic or 5spd Throttle body?
i was told when i purchased it off a HT member that it was a 5spd TB.
i have a swapped in b20z2 into my ej8 and i had a d-series TB on it before but i was in the process of putting this one on and well theres 3 coolant ports....and i have no clue what the extra one is for.

Ignore that ......................^.................. By the way...

Check the diagrams here:
