For those of you with Koni Yellows...........
What settings do you put your shocks on when you drive on the highway for a period of time? Say a trip between 3 1/2-4hrs long. I usually put mine on the softest setting when traveling on the highway, and I was just curious as to what other people put theirs on when on the highway.

I usually set mine at about slightly less than one full turn in the front and slightly more than one full turn in the rear. It is not rough at all, and I think this setting is the best for just cruising around anyways, I use it most of the time for regular street driving as well. Maybe a quarter more turn in front and back for a bit more aggressive driving. Enjoy
It also depends on what Springs (rates) that you have, the best damping to compliment them is what you are looking for, it varies for different springs. I myself have Eibach Pro-kits currently.

I have a Pro-Kit drop, Integra rates. It rides smooth, yet firm. I like it, though I wish the rear was even more firm. I am thinking about just getting a ST rear sway bar and finding out if that will solve the rear body roll problem!
