Default are these welded?

putting on my shocks soon and need to know if the rear bolt and bushing are welded together? its on my 97 civic. just dont wanna break it then have to drill it out then wait for an ordered one to get here, so.........anyone?

helll no, a bushing and a bolt asembly arn't supposed to be welded together, bushing are made to get mobility to a peice!,
get other opinions though I am maybe wrong. but normally.....

It breaks sometimes because they have rusted up really bad.

so should i just spend the $30 and order the bolts and bushins from hparts? what bout the front casue i know my stuffs gonna be rusted cause i live in MAINE and i drive it in the winter. anyone? thanks guys

If you have acess to air tools just oil them up and start on a low torque setting. then go back and forth on the bolt.... on.off,on,off,on,off do this a few time and you should be in good shape. btw the bolts bend. that is why they get stuck. The front should pose no problems at all.
