Thermostat question?

At what temperature does the thermostat open? Is 109 degrees over heating?

thermo starts opening at 168-176 degrees
fully open at 194

Is that in celsius or fahrenheit? cause my temp is 109 celsius is that too hot. does that mean my thermostat is not opening?

i think that reading mmuller is giving is in fahrenheit
