is there supposed to be oil in the stock intake hose thing and in the throttle body? cuz there was a lil bit in the throttle body and some in the hose also but i didnt think there was supposed to but can you tell me that

 

yes there should be a tiny bit but not too much....its part of the PCV system and sometimes a little oil will pass through into the intake if you take off the hose coming from the valve cover to the intake..you will probably see something like what im talking about.

 

i have the same prob with the motor i just bought from japan and i haven't installed it yet but there was lots of build up in the intake manifold and the fuel injectors...any way that you can take a pic of the amount of build up that is in yours?

 

i dont think i can get a pic of inside the intake but once it starts to build back up in the intake manifold ill take a pic cuz i wiped it all down but ok thanks i didnt kno if it was normal or not
