im getting a motor hopefully today and the guy said that the motor was a D15y7...?...is there a such think as that motor please help me out i know they make a d16y7 but not a 15 thank u on confirming if this is a real motor or not.

that's gotta be a typo. there is no d15y7. the 96-00 sohc civics came with a 1.6.

no they made a d15y7 i think in like the 96-00 civic lx's i just want to know how many ponies it has.

it's not a 1.5. check the link i posted

 

ok now i wonder if i could make the same power as a d16y7 with v-tec
