To getting all the oil out of the head when pulling it! I am referring to a b16 head. I drain the oil, turn the engine by hand a few times to get as much out as possible, but it never fail, i always get crap all over my floor in the shop. and it is starting to look nasty in there? Any tricks or tips?

Put some rags or newspaper on the floor and hold the head as level as possible when moving it.
