Default Tein HRs

I need your help guys ASAP. I might buy Tein HRs and I was just wondering if they are any good. It seems like many people get Tein HAs. So if anyone out there has the HR then please tell me how they handle. Also the spring rate as well if you know it. Is the ride hard? Stiff? Any comment would help. Thanks.

Depending on what kind of racing you are going to do (ie AutoX, Drag, etc), the HA's will be good for AutoX. I have the NR's on my Si and love them. They are great for everyday driving, plus they work well in AutoX. I have 2 sets of springs, medium and softs. Mediums for AutoX, soft for street/autoX. The HA's might have a stiffer ride when you adjust them up, plus they are pretty pricy. Goto Tein's homepage for comparisons.
