Default Tein flex adjustments

I just installed Tein flex's on my 96 prelude and the dampening adjustment clicks more than 16 times when going counter-clockwise (starting from fully clockwise) I was wondering if this is normal and if after the 16th click does it continue to adjust the stiffness?
