i need to know if we can buy new collars to go on Tanabe Sustec Pro S R coilovers suspension ..

like 6 on 8 collars are jammed..and jammed to the point that i will need to vut them in 2 to get them out..
and that's only cause it went once under the salt in here and the bottom of the springs were there was no more paint rusted and that fell in the thread of the sleeve where the collars are
