Default tach wire on 2000 d16y7 distributor?

i just swapped a 2000 d16y7 into my 95 dx and am wanting to know which wire is for my tach comming off of the distributor. i am pretty much lost and a new honda owner and would appreciate the help.

99-00 Y7's used the ECU to output the tach signal. That's why there's only 8 wires on your distributor instead of the normal 9. The ICM inside should still have the lead for the tach output though, so you can wire it up that way.
