synchro question

synchro question
i have a y21 tranny that is grinding 3rd and 4rd gear, is it the synchro gear or rings that need to be replaced? and where could i find the parts? thanks in advance.

most likely its just the blocking rings, if you go oem try http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com I got mine from a tranny specialist shop, all blocking rings for $150 and a complete bearing kit for $80 (since the tranny was already ripped down.
