Default Switching rev counter and speedometer on EM1

I am exploring how to switch the locations of the Rev counter and the speedo on my EM1. I'm not really able to dissect mine, so I was hoping someone with knowledge on how they are put together could help me. Essentially, I see my biggest obstacle being that the mechanism that move the needles are fixed to the board that controls said function. That would be too much of a hassle for my level of skill. I have people who can deal with the gauge faces themselves, but the innards are what I'm worried about. Any help would be appreciated.
