Default switching alternators

i have a 95 civic with a b18b swap and my alternator jus went out on me...i found out the alternator from my ex motor will werk but its jus a little smaller as in amps. Will this affect anything...power, etc.?

You will be fine, I forgot the exact years, but I think it's like 88-95 are all the same, but don't quote me on that.
