swapped hatch problem pleeeeeeeeeeeeease help!
i have a 93 vx with a 93 ls in it i have set my timing right three times and after i drive it not even a mile to test it out it jumps timing a 180 degrees i dont get it the crank pulley has the pin in it the tensioner is not broken the timing belt is brand new does anyone know if the person i got it from could of got the wrong crank pulley and it is causing it to slip timing or push the cams out of time any help would be appreciated help me!
Something doesn't sound right... I don't see how your cam timing can move 180 degrees without bending all your valves.
Now you do know that the crank turns twice for every turn of the cam, right? So after you drive, you put the crank at the TDC mark and the cam is 180 off? That probably means it isn't off at all. You just have to turn your crank one full revolution back to TDC then your cam will be OK. Is that what's going on?

Just give my tail lights back and I'll tell you how to fix it.. If I knew...
Making deals and then never sending people what you were supposed to is so lame. I guess some people have no pride.
