here are the symtoms. and variables
1. its a z6 block with a y8 head in a crx dual point inj to multi-point
2. I had to re wire the dist from external coil back to internal.
3. i have spark so the dist seems to be working
4. timing marks all on.
5. ground cable is bad but i earth grounded it so it cranks.
6. i have fuel.
7. all injectors are getting 12volts to them.
8. the vtc is hot wired to the feilds straight to the vtec controler portion of it.
it you could think of anything else it would help.

 

I had the same problem with one of my cars. My engine had spark, fuel and compression but it wouldn't start. Turns out the distributor was bad but it still supplied spark??? I but a different dist in and it started right up.

 

i would swap the dist. or double check it to make sure its wired right.
