Default Swap Problems?

I have some questions about my swap. I build a ls/vtec for my '99 Civic DX Hatchback. I have the engine in the car and most the wiring done. However, I would like to keep the power steering and the A/C. My problems are that I don't know which A/C bracket to use with my stock A/C compressor and the block. My problems with the power steering start with the fact that my ls/vtec is made of an B18A1 block and an '96 GSR head. Therefore, the crankpulley has a V-belt pulley on it and my stock pump does not. After trying to mount the pump I found out that it doesn't even line up with the crankpulley. If anyone knows what I need, or if anyone has a good idea on how to run manual steering, please let me know. Thanks.
