Default swap problem h22 into 93 prelude

i just performed a h22 swap into a 93 prelude and before i even cranked it i had codes 6,10,22 6 being iat sensor, 10 being water temp sensor, and a vtec pressure switch 22 code. now i disconnected the battery to clear the codes but the codes won't clear, i figured the codes would be off until i cranked it again but they are on as soon as i turn it to acc

now the fan never stops running and the revlimit hits at 6500 everytime whats the deal? the wts and the vtec p switch plugs look the same and can plug into both, i tried reversing them but nothing happens, still the same effect? and ideas?

i think something to do with the wts is telling the car that it isn't warmed up and its not letting the car rev up BUT my gauge is working properly so like i said any ideas?
