I have a new si and I would like to get the same performance specs as the DC5 type Rs motor. Would it be more practical to do the full engine swap or just to do the internal work to upgrade the existing k20? What would be the likely difference in the price of the RSX type R motor and what I could get for my SI motor with 3000 miles on it? And one last qhestion, does anyone know exactly what internal upgrades would have to be made to match the Type R's engine performance?

Also, I should have included this before, but do you know if allof the differeces in the rsx type r and si engines are in the head and if so, would a head swap be a viable option? What would the price difference in a head swap (ecu and transmission too of course) and a full engine swap be?
