Default Swap Help

I am putting a B16 out of a 99si in my 92 civc si, here's the problem. I am using the 92 harness on the 99 B16, I swapped out the injectors with the D16 (they flow the same) so everything would plug up, but here lies the problem. The altenator plugs are different. How do I go about fixing this? Do I swap out the plugs? If so how can I figure out which pin goes where? Any help is greatly apprectiatted.

what do the plugs look like, there are a few different types of plugs that are used on the distributors, pics would help.

Check the 94 del Sol B16A2 distributor, it might fit, go to a honda dealer and ask them in the parts department to let you see one and compare the bolt pattern to yours, make sure the bolt pattern will match up and then if the plugs are the ones you needs then there you go, The other distributors that I would think to check that might work for you are the OBD1 LS distributors or the 92-93 GSR distributor, just take your distributor to a local honda and acura dealer and match them up with what you need.
