i'm far from beeing a suspension guru...

the only nice feature about the GC is that u can choose ur spring rates ..

is the car for track use? or street ? do u have a specific spring rate u are looking for or u only want a stiffer ride with hieght adjustability ?

if it's the same price..and u aren't looking for specific rates i'd say go with the neuspeed

if the car is for track use and u need tunable suspension ( with the in mind future change of spring rates) i would get the gc/koni
keep in mind tha the stock sport konis don't allow to go at more than 500-600 lbs/inch springs...or they'll need custom revalving ..

 

forgot something..
if u can choose specific spring rates for the neuspeed then get this one..
( if the shocks support high enough working level for the desired spring rates..)

ask neuspeed about what can their shocks handle up to ..
