Do I really need to get a camber kit when lower the car?

ummmmmm, no not really
people get camber kit to minimize wear in the tire
but if u rotate your tire ever 3,000 miles, you would be fine...........
don't be a fool and spend alot of money of those "camber kit"

97 accord lx , lowered 3.5 inches (didnt' need a camber kit)
is this for real??

rule of thumb is anything lower than ~1.75" and you should start looking for a camber kit, rotating your tires, will help but not much, camber wears the tires on the inside, no matter where you put the tire itll still wear there..

If you get anything lower than an inch of drop your civic will be outside of factory spec and it'll eat tires like mad.

I think you can go all the way to 1.5" of drop before a camber kit is needed. Basically you shouldn't lower your car anymore than that unless you wear your pants below you ******* and you paint the interior of your car.
