Which suspension setup should i go with? h&r or Tein?

i am considering going with either:
H&R sport springs and tokico blues
or
Tein S-Tech springs and tokico blues
I will be running 16 inch konig holes with 215/40/16 rubber.
Which would be a better setup for someone who doesnt autocross and drives his car daily?
