Have you had your wheels balanced? That's the easiest thing to check.

i sounds like something broke. for ***** n giggles kick the front and back of the front wheels to see how much they move. They are not supposed move much at all. Did you just lower the car or did this just happen?

How new are your tires? If your tires are wearing down they can cause the steering wheel to move like crazy also.

Check toe. If dropped a bunch, you could have a bunch of toe out at both ends. Could also have other problems, jack it up and try moving the wheels up, down, left, right. Any play other than the steering wheel moving is bad. Check everything that pivots, A-arms, shock links, ball joints, wheel bearings. Is the car so slammed that there is no suspension travel? Could be on the bump stops which would not do the rest of the suspension any good either. Make sure the axles are not bound up.
