i have a 96 gsr. i want to lower my car 1.5-2 inches havent decided how far i want to go yet. i plan on getting good shocks. heard koni yellows are good. i dont race,well at least not at a track or organized. but i want a nice drop with an excellent ride dont mind spending the money. what should i get springs or coilovers?. what brand? thanks

 

your'e gonna want springs becuase coilovers will give mcuh stiffer ride than the spring/shocks combo. popular brands are Progress, Eibach, H&R, Neuspeed..and there are much much more. koni yellows are a great choice, though pricey, it gives a quality ride and a lifetime warranty.

 

what other shocks are good beside koni yellows?

 

i've heard kyb agx's are good...i'm running tokico illuminas and they're pretty good too
