suspension, koni, tein?
i am in need of new struts/springs for my 88 crx, i was looking at the Tein HA 's .. anyone have them, or have anything i should know about them?
also, what are some combinations that is recommended? shock/spring combo.
i was thinking either tein ha's , or koni yellows with neuspeed race springs

When buying rear struts, make sure they know its for an 88. Many companies dont make them for 88. The suspension is designed with more toe in the rear.
Whinning people that think its somewhat "loose" at high speed made Honda change it after the first year.
I enjoy the ride quality of progress spring with kyb adjustables. My friend used this setup on a eg/h22 and turbp gsr and its really improved the handling of the cars along with confidence. Its not too hard or too soft, goes where you point it.
Neuspeed race springs suck, BAD. They'll sag after a while and they're too bouncy. They're the last thing I would put in. In fact I wouldnt put them in over stock.
If Teins are an options do it, they're a real coilover suspension right?

yea, they are a real coilover suspension.. . that's what i was leaning too, but friends have told me different, just wanted some opinions from here, thanks for the reply,
keep em coming!

If you can afford the Teins and don't mind a stiff ride them get them. Even on the softest setting they are stiffer than any springs or coilover kit i've used. But i don't mind that kind of ride, others may not like that setup because of the stiffness.
