Default Suspension?

I know it's kind of off topic. But my suspension needs to be upgraded...For those of you that might own a 98 Honda Civic, what are you using for suspension set up. I want to do some road course this summer but also want some comfortability. Any suggestions? My friend says, Ground Control Coilovers and Koni adjustable 550's in the rear and 450 spring rates in the front and I'll be happy. Please some suggestions...

I have a 98 EK hatch.. i'm running on Tokico Illuminas with the threaded body coils.. I know that Tokico isn't very popular in here (H-T), but I like them. > $750 when I bought them from OptAuto.com. These do not have perches on them like the regular Illuminas. Everyone one here either has Teins, JIC's, or some other high-end performance combination. I say if you have the cash, go for them. I know a lot of other people run Koni Yellows or KYB AGX with either GC's or Skunk2.

If you want comfort, go with a softer spring rate, but adjustable dampers, then just get a front/rear anti-sway kit and you''ll corner just fine.. that's exactly what i did with mine.. and I'm very happy with my setup.
