Here is my story, my idle used to surge between 800-1200 rpm. I heard it might be the fast idle valve assembly (a little plastic piece in there might be broken), so I take off the throttle body and take off the fast idle valve and check it. It is not broken. When I put it all back together, it is now idling between 1200 and 2000 non stop. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, B16 in a 92 civic.
