Default Stupid problem....

Here is the setup. 89 dx civic with 94 ex vtec sohc. Motor is wired correctly, in time, firing order okay....but for some reason the car starts and seems great...runs for about 3 seconds and dies. Will crank right up again, but then shuts off after about 3 more seconds? I dunno. Seems like 1 and 4 injector arent getting enough fuel. Trying to help a friend out finish this thing so I figured I'd post the grief.
