Stuck Tranny......

so i overlooked ever spot on the tranny where the chilltons says there is a bolt, there all out. my shift linkage is out why isn't it coming. I removed my friends ls and it was cake why is mine such a bitch........

Did you the starter bolts and the bolt in back?
There is one bolt that goes through the motor and threads into the tranny case. It is close to where the rear bracket mounts to the tranny.

There is three for the front lower mount on the tranny casing plus the two that bolt to the chassis underneath. On the upper passenger side mount there is two nuts and one bolt plus the one that holds the mount to the chassis. On the rear just take out the two ones that bolt into the tranny. Have fun gettin the tranny off!
