Default stuck between a rock and a hard place...

I need help making a financial decision. I can either get a stroker kit and a decent welder, a turbo and a damn good welder, or a stroker kit and a turbo. I also have to make a decision before my insurance renewal comes in. Any suggestions would be great

B18C 84mm sleeves, ss valves, dual springs, Ti retainers, looking to get a 2.0L stroker kit, PT67 turbo, 50-75 shot of the funny fuel and keep going from there, all going into a 93 civic hb. All in all praying for 550-600+ hp.

Yup, get the turbo and a good welder. You can never go wrong with a good welder.
