Strut/Shocks for Neuspeed Race
I need a set of shocks/struts for my Del Sol which has Neuspeed race springs on it. Koni yellows are too expensive, so I need something that will handle the 2" drop but is cheaper than the Koni yellows, any suggestions? This is a daily driven car, so I'm really just looking for something thats going to make the ride alot less harsh in terms of bumps.
stop being a cheap *** and get the koni yellows. everything has a price and suspension is just something you cant skimp out on or you will regret it in the future. those konis are most than worth their price tag esp for a drop as low as 2"+ they will ride like stock since they are low valve shocks. but do as you please you can try tokico illuminas. dont even bother getting KYB's their basically like stock shocks and will void warranty with a drop of 1.5 or more.
well I'm not going to auto x or track the car, so I wasn't sure if I need to spend 500 bucks on shocks. I just need something that'll soften up the ride. So your saying Koni Yellow's are my only option for this?
Without a doubt Koni's are the best way to go. KYB i put some on today same as stock. Would make a good repalcement for stock shocks. I personally like koni yellow and stock springs. To each his own.
If you think about it you will blow the kyb shocks. Then you will wonder why i did not get koni's. So you can go through 2 sets of kyb's or keep one set of konis for life. Koni has an excellent product an warranty.
