Default Stripped Flywheel Bolt....

What do I do to get it off. I already tried to extract it, but it still wont come out.

We used that and there wasnt enough flywheel bolt for it to grip. We used the 11 and 12

Do you have reverse thread drill bits, those are good for last resort situations. Just drill a hole in the center of the bolt and use the reverse drill bit to take it out. It usually works.

the very last resort would be to drill the hole and the old bolt out a hair larger than it was and retap the hole and use a slightly larger bolt

have a mobile welder come over and weld a nut on the end and do it like that.

What happens if its cross threaded and I tap it. will that throw the balance of the bottom end off.

if it was me I would drill it out just bigenough that the threads were still in there, and then tap it to the original size. more or less your not taping it but just cleaning out the original. Same thing you do on an engine build to make sure threading is clean to get proper torque specs....minus all the drilling lol.

drill a hole in the middle of it, and use a good, quality extractor.
