Hi people,
Ive just put my 3rd engine in my car, and when ever i put s300 ecu or crome the car wont run right at all. It will just missfire and will struggle to rev. But when i put stock ecu in it works fine The s300 and crome worked fine with previous engines and on other cars.
Another thing is smoke came up from under the dash while i was driving, it was like electrical burning thing. My fuel was low and the pump was struggling slightly, also the fuel pump relay started to click alot
Any ideas?

Have you checked to make sure all of your fuses are good? You may have to check all the wiring on the ecu harness to make sure they are still good.
