Stoopid Question
I'm sorry typed the wrong thing. you just need to peel off the valve cover gasket. It should come off when you take off the valve cover but if not peel it off carefully
it may not want to come off at first.
if this happens resists the urge to grap a screwdriver and start prying,
this could nick the surface on the head and the thing will not seal with nicks
get a rubber mallet or something and hit it on the side to loosen it
hope this helps

when you reinstall the valvecover/gasket, you should put a bit of liquid gasket (aka hondabond) at the 'sharp' corners where the gasket makes a 90 degree bend to go up and over the cams. this is important to avoid leaks, a leak near the timing belt can be a problem if enough oil leaks out under hard cornering to get in between the belt and the crank pulley.... skip = bad
