what are the stock spring rates on:
1) civic si
2) integra gsr
3) integra type r

R approx: 250/150

can someone help me convert F 16 kg/mm...14 kg/mm to lbs
and F 10 kg/mm...8 kg/mm

2.2 lbs. in a kg, & 25.4 mm in an inch.

Do you really plan on using 894 lb/inch springs?

no...the 16/14 kg/mm was off of the spoon integra type r off of my video...
just trying to figure out what spring rates to use
