From what i hear that you can use parts from a dual cam del sol, which you can put on a stock jdm b16 so that it will pass smog? Has anyone done this? What is needed to to do this? Any other feedback that will help?

You want to pass Cali smog with a JDM B16 engine? Won't happen...

You could swap blocks with a del Sol VTEC
