Default Stock injector for 11.3:1 compression?

Will OBD2 GSR injectors safely run a 11.3:1 compression motor, everything else being stock? I can bump up the fuel pressure but that's the extent of it.

Stock 240cc injectors already run at 100% duty cycle in stock motors. The only way to increase fuel is to increase pressure at the rail.

No they don't. Even on a B18C5 (the highest factory top end potential of any B motor) I've seen meaningful fuel addition through using VAFC's.

I was under the impression (stated by SgT) that the AFCs don't add fuel. You have to bump up the fuel pressure and then subtract using the AFC.
My question is, with increased fuel pressure can stock GSR injectors supply enough fuel for an 11.3:1 motor. I have a Walbro high pressure pump if that matters. Thanks

You can add fuel with a VAFC, though larger injectors will obviously give you more headroom for addition. Regardless though, you have a high pressure pump and can use an adjustable FPR in conjunction with a piggy back controller like the VAFC to add and subtract fuel where necessary. This isn't the best setup (standalone would be), but it works.

So i guess stock injectors will not be sufficient right?

No way to tell w/o trying first. A FPR may handle your situation nicely but then again it may not. Only way to tell for sure is to hook it up to a wideband o2 sensor.

just bump the fuel pressure a bit, but you wont have to add much.

Some cars do see gains by going + on the AFC, but it is a really inefficent way
of going about things. Much better to raise pressure and use AFC to lean.

I guess i'll stick to the $2/gallon premium and bump the fuel pressure.

Im having a problem along these lines right now. my B20 at 12:1 runs very lean and likes to go into predetonation with a little too much load. stock injectors @ 55 psi 93 octane.

Go to this thread I posted and watch the movie of my a/f meter.
