Default Stock gsr ecu pigtail

So I have a question. i'm running s300 on my 95 integra and who ever owned the car before me did a hack job on the wiring, so I have a few wires that are hanging on by a thread and I'm thinking it is wires to the injectors, would this cause a slight miss fire if the injector is not responding the way that it should? I moved my ecu and blew the ecu fuse so ZI figure it cant be good lol.

Disconnect battery until you go over and properly fix all the wiring or you will just cause more issues. Just moving the ECU will not cause a fuse to blow unless you have a wire shorting somewhere.
